5. Orders & Payments

6. Shipping & Delivery

• ONID TECH is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs authorities.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

• We offer returns within 30 days of delivery for items in unused, original condition.
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@onidtech.com.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

All content on ONID TECH — including logos, text, images, and software — is the property of ONID TECH or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
