A step-by-step guide to help you get started with ONID TECH.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Click the "Sign Up" button at the top of the page. Enter your email address, create a secure password, and verify your email. Your account gives you access to order tracking, saved addresses, wallet balance, and personalized recommendations.

Tip: You can also shop as a guest, but creating an account makes future purchases faster and easier.

Step 2: Browse & Search Products

Explore our product catalog by:

• Categories — Browse products by category from the homepage or navigation menu
• Search — Use the search bar to find specific products by name or keyword
• Filters — Sort products by price, popularity, or newest arrivals on the products page

Step 3: View Product Details

Click on any product to see:

• High-quality images and videos
• Detailed product description and specifications
• Available options (size, color, variant, etc.)
• Price and shipping information
• Customer reviews and ratings

Step 4: Add to Cart & Checkout

1. Select your preferred product options and quantity
2. Click "Add to Cart" to save it for later, or "Buy Now" for immediate checkout
3. Review your cart — you can update quantities or remove items
4. Click "Checkout" to proceed

Step 5: Choose Payment Method

At checkout, select from our available payment options:

• PayPal — Redirect to PayPal for secure payment
• Credit / Debit Card — Pay with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express
• USDT (Crypto) — Transfer USDT via the TRC20 network
• Apple Pay / Google Pay — Quick one-tap payment on supported devices
• Account Balance — Use funds from your ONID TECH wallet

Step 6: Track Your Order

After placing your order:

1. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number
2. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number
3. Go to "My Orders" in your account to view real-time order status
4. You can also use the "Track Order" page if you checked out as a guest

Step 7: Manage Your Account

In your account dashboard, you can:

• View Order History — See all your past and current orders
• Manage Addresses — Add, edit, or delete shipping addresses
• Update Profile — Change your name, email, or password
• Wallet Balance — Top up your balance and view transaction history
• Coupons — View and use available discount coupons

Using Coupons

If you have a coupon code, enter it during checkout in the "Coupon Code" field and click "Apply". The discount will be automatically calculated and applied to your order total.
