1. Do I need an account to order?

No — guest checkout is supported. Creating a free account lets you track orders, save addresses, and access exclusive offers.

2. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, before it ships. Email support@onidtech.com with your order number as soon as possible.

3. How do I track my order?

Logged-in users can check My Orders; guest users can use the Track Order page with the order number and email used at checkout.

5. Is it safe to pay on L'ANGE?

Yes. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and processed through reputable payment providers. We do not store full payment details on our servers.

6. My payment was charged but I did not receive a confirmation. What should I do?

Do not pay again. Check your email (including spam folder) for an order confirmation. If you still cannot find it, email support@onidtech.com and we will assist you.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your address.

8. How long will delivery take?

Delivery may take longer for remote areas or during peak seasons.
