Orders
How do I place an order?

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us at support@onidtech.com with your order number as soon as possible.
How do I track my order?

How do I create an account?
Click "Sign Up" at the top of the page, enter your email and a password, then verify your email address. Done!
I forgot my password.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and we will send you a password reset link.
How do I update my profile or address?
Log in to your account and go to "Profile" to update your personal information, or "Addresses" to manage your shipping addresses.
