Shopping on ONID TECH is quick, easy, and secure. Follow these simple steps to complete your purchase.

Step 1: Find Your Product

You can find products in several ways:

• Browse by Category — Use the navigation menu or homepage categories to explore products by type
• Search — Type a product name or keyword into the search bar for quick results
• Sort & Filter — On the products page, sort by price, popularity, or newest arrivals to find exactly what you need

Step 2: Select Product Options

On the product detail page, you will find:

• Product images, videos, and detailed descriptions
• Available options such as color, size, or variant
• Price and stock availability

Select your preferred options and choose the quantity you want.

Step 3: Add to Cart or Buy Now

You have two options:

• Add to Cart — Save the item to your shopping cart and continue browsing. You can add multiple products before checking out.
• Buy Now — Go directly to checkout for immediate purchase.

Step 4: Review Your Order

Before paying, review your order details:

• Confirm the products, options, and quantities are correct
• Enter your shipping address (for physical products)
• Apply a coupon code if you have one — enter it in the coupon field and click "Apply"
• Review the total amount including any shipping fees

Step 5: Choose a Payment Method

We offer multiple secure payment options:

• PayPal — Pay securely with your PayPal account, with buyer protection included
• Credit / Debit Card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express (powered by Stripe)
• USDT (Cryptocurrency) — Transfer USDT via the TRC20 network for fast, borderless payments

• Account Balance — Use funds from your ONID TECH wallet (top up via the Recharge page)

Step 6: Complete Your Purchase

After selecting your payment method:

1. Click "Pay Now" to confirm the payment
2. You will be redirected to the payment provider (e.g., PayPal or Stripe) to complete the transaction
3. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email

Step 7: Track Your Order

After your order is placed:

• Check your order status in My Orders (logged-in users)
• Use the Track Order page with your order number and email (guest checkout)
• You will receive email updates when your order ships, including a tracking number
