Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 30 days of receiving your order
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- You can provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable"
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
How to Request a Return
- Contact Us — Email support@onidtech.com with your order number and reason for the return
- Receive Approval — Our team will review your request and send you return instructions within 1–2 business days
- Ship the Item — Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide
- Get Your Refund — Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed

Shipping Costs for Returns
- Defective or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping costs and arrange a prepaid label
- Change of mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- Include your order number in the email
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are shipped
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please follow the return process instead
- To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@onidtech.com with your order number
