Shopping & Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse our products, select the item you want, choose your preferred options (size, color, etc.), and click Buy Now or Add to Cart. Follow the checkout process to complete your purchase.

Can I order without creating an account?

Yes. We support guest checkout — simply provide your email address during checkout and you will receive order updates by email. Creating a free account also unlocks order history, saved addresses, and exclusive offers.

How do I check my order status?

Logged-in users can go to My Orders in the profile menu. Guest customers can use the Track Order page with the order number and the email used at checkout.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified before they ship. Please contact us at support@onidtech.com as soon as possible with your order number.

What payment methods do you accept?

We support a range of trusted payment methods including major credit and debit cards, online wallets, and digital payment options. Available methods are shown at checkout based on your region.

Is my payment information secure?

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide. Availability and delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or remote locations.

How can I track my package?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track orders in the My Orders section of your account or via the Track Order page.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us at support@onidtech.com to start a return.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are typically processed within 5 – 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

How do I create an account?

Click Sign Up at the top of the page, enter your email and a password, and verify your email — it only takes a minute.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your registered email, and follow the instructions in the reset email.
